LAURA SINATRA
General Manager

Laura has been working as a free professional since 2000. From the start she has been working in two main areas: soft skills training in corporate environments and EAPs. Over the year she has developed a well-established network of consultants to servi-ce the Italian and the Swiss market. This network was registered and branded as eapitalia.


MARTA BENETTI GENOLINI
Clinical Supervisor

Marta is one of the first consultants to introduce the concept of the EAP to the Italian market and companies. Over the years she has developed and focused her expertise on crisis management and counseling. Marta enriched her profile with continuous study and research. Her later specialization focuses on causes that generate crises and extreme stress. She further worked on the im-plementation of legal counseling (a registered brand) during separations and divorces.


SHARMINE CARLUCCIO
Legal & Financial Supervisor

Sharmine is a qualified Italian lawyer. In 2007 she founded her own law firm with its principal office in Milan and now a branch in Zurich. From 2010 she has been studying and practising, beside traditional practice in law, alternative methods of dispute resolution as legal counseling® and collaborative practice with the aim to creating solutions and changes together with her clients. This approach led to collaborations in the EAP field since 2011 and nowadays legal services for EAP are a part of Sharmine's day work based on a interdisciplinary method.
